Our aim is to provide prospective tenants with a great selection of flats and houses to
suit all budgets & requirements. Our experienced staff will spend time with you to ensure
you view the properties which best suit your lifestyle and budget. We understand that
moving to a new property can bring excitement and challenges and our promise is to give
tenants every assistance is choosing the right property for them. The first step is to
contact us with brief details regarding yourself and the property you require, we can then
work with you to arrange suitable viewings.

Viewing can be arranged at times to suit you including evenings and week-ends subject
to arrangement and you will always accompanied by a member of staff who will be able
to give advice and answer any questions you may have.

Once you have decided on a property, you will need to reserve it by paying a “holding deposit” and our tenant fees. The references required could include, Employer, Current Landlord or Agent, University or College if student and Credit Search. We will also require a recent utility bill (not mobile phone) and photo id, either passport or current driving license. We may require in certain circumstances a guarantor who would need to be a UK homeowner.
