2010 added our Property Sourcing Service.
This service involves sourcing suitable letting property nationwide, typically 5% to 15%
below the market value, giving the landlord positive equity in the property from the
day of completion, we are able to then prepare the property for letting, ensuring
maximum appeal and minimum void periods. P J Palmers will if required find suitable
tenants .
We can at that stage hand control to the landlord/purchaser alternatively we are also
able to organise Full Management of the property (through a local agent if not in Sussex)
Dependant upon the landlord/purchaser’s requirements this can become a true “armchair
investment”

P J Palmers have over many years received enquirers from current landlords regarding selling their tenanted or empty property. This may have arisen through the landlord wishing to retire or perhaps to “cash in” their investments.
P J Palmers are now in a position to purchase on behalf of retained clients, often cash buyers, properties ranging from single houses/flats to entire landlords portfolios.
Due to the nature of these purchases we are often able to agree a price within 24 hours and completion at a time to suit the vendor.
